Jared Todd is the founder of Thira Partners. He drives executive searches across deep tech, AI, hardware, and vertical SaAS. Prior to founding Thira, Jared spent the last 4.5 years at Kindred Partners, the last 2.5 as Partner.
During his tenure at Kindred, Jared played a pivotal role in placing over 80 high-level executives, for every stage of company, and every role in the C-Suite including CEO. Jared worked with clients from Seed to Public, backed by firms including Sequoia Capital, A16z, and Union Square that have gone on to raise billions in capital. He previously drove new market expansion for a bootstrapped solar and battery company that grew from $2 to $20 million in revenue, and was in a role best described as Special Assistant to the Head Coach for the Stanford Men's Basketball team, where he focused on recruiting, analytics, and strategy.
